At How 2 Mom, we understand every birth journey is unique, and you should have options to meet your needs.

All services are provided by the How 2 Mom team or other specially-selected service providers we have long-standing relationships with. How 2 Mom believes that every mom deserves to have a support system that provides emotional support throughout pregnancy and the postpartum time.

Prenatal Support

This package includes the Birth Plan one hour meeting, worksheets, as well as prenatal support throughout your entire pregnancy to help navigate the twists and turns pregnancy can take, along with your ideas surrounding your birth. We provide help in navigating what’s normal and what’s not through this time.

Postpartum Support

Set up a virtual meeting to discuss the reality of postpartum time and how to best prepare for postpartum. After you welcome your baby we will continually check in on the family and mama to make sure all is well, and to provide any support or resources needed. We provide help in navigating through what’s normal and what’s not through this time.

Lactation Support

Whether you are looking for help in preparing for your breastfeeding journey, or if you are experiencing discomfort, have questions about your supply, or need guidance in nursing or bottle feeding, our Certified Lactation Educator Counselor is always available to set up a call or schedule a visit whenever you need.

Birth Planning Assistance

Set up a virtual meeting with How 2 Mom who will help guide you through questions you may have about your birth wishes, concerns, and fears. You will walk away with a Birth Plan document to bring along to your birth.
