Motherhood brings your new normal! In this new normal it is important to understand the difference between normal (it happens!) and common (doesn’t have to be this way!). Checking in with a pelvic floor physical therapist is an excellent way to learn a lot and work to a new normal without the symptoms you don’t want and all the function to tackle the rough world of parenting + feeling like yourself. We’ll address your time in the bathroom: bladder control, bladder leakage, bowel movements. We’ll address time in the bedroom: enjoying sex again and finding out why it might be painful. Learn what the pelvic floor is, where it is in your body, and how it can work best for you. Let’s work to feel normal again!
