Starting 2019 off with an organized home felt amazing!
Here is how I did it!

After 5 years in our home and 3 kids later, I was filled with stress and anxiety over the amount of stuff we had accumulated and how unorganized it all was. Toys had taken over our entire home and I found that I had no space to call my own. That included personal space and a space for my work. Working from home is tough enough, but to not have a designated work space made it even harder.

Generally speaking, I’m a pretty organized person and I had tried to stay ahead of the game before welcoming the twins, but it still somehow got out of control. You know, life, kids, little to no extra time, etc. About six months ago, I reached out to a friend who I knew ran a successful organizing company! Yes, they really do exist! This friend is amazing at what she does and has the patience of a saint! This friend is Kelsie Conant!

Kelsie founded Peaceful Life Organizing Solutions in 2017 because she has always had a love for organizing, but these sessions were so much more than that! Kelsie taught me life-long lessons. As a mom of two, Kelsie is on a mission to help as many busy moms with busy lifestyles as she can!

Before starting our sessions, Kelsie set up a free FaceTime consultation with me where I was able to to give her a tour of my home and the areas that needed improvement. After the consult, Kelsie emailed me some thoughts and ideas and we scheduled a time for our first session. Then, we went to work!

We had five sessions, and during those we purged and reorganized the toy room, created an area for my office, finally finished putting together our family room, reorganized my kitchen and my kids’ rooms, AND set up and hosted a garage sale, which made me money!

Most sessions started the same. I either felt overwhelmed and like each project was too much, or defeated that there was no way we would make any progress. But yet, each session we accomplished every take we set out to. And by the end of each session, I was hopeful! My stress and anxiety around each space dissipated, and I wanted to keep going!

One of Kelsie’s many talents is the ability to make a space multi-functioning, which is so important for a larger family with limited space. Purging can be difficult, but with Kelsie’s gentle nudges and amazing knowledge about living in the present made it all seem much more manageable. She spent the time thinking through things with me, and giving me amazing advice about with is needed and practical vs. what I was just holding onto. These are the reason she is SO good at what she does. Plus, we had a lot of fun in the process.

Thank you, Kelsie for decreasing so much stress and anxiety in my life. As a mom of 3, I am really able to now be present with my children in our higher functioning house. On days off of work and school, we can now enjoy one another and make memories, rather than working on constant projects around the house.
