I cannot imagine going through my labor for our first baby without her there. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts. At my initial follow up appointment my midwife goes, “I loved your doula, it was as if she was a part of our team. What was her name? I’m going to recommend her to other patients.”
And a few days after the birth I was telling my husband how glad I was that she was there with us, and he said,
"I think she helped me just as much as she helped you. I wouldn't have known what suggestions to make or what positions to try. Even with little questions I had here and there."
That’s how much of an impact she made, not just on myself, but on my husband and my care team in the hospital. Would use her services again 100 times over!!!
