Our team at Intrinsic Physical Therapy consists of pelvic floor experts with advanced training in pelvic health conditions. We utilize a wide variety of treatment techniques to address your symptoms holistically, because the pelvis never works alone. We provide thorough head-to-toe assessments, including internal and external pelvic exams, hands-on manual therapy (including internal work as needed), nervous system regulation techniques, prescriptive and personalized exercises, and postural and functional movement retraining, all with the purpose of helping you reach your goals!
