I completed my doula training through The MaternityWise Institute in April 2025. I have attended births as quick as two hours and as long as thirty, in birth centers and in hospitals, medicated and unmedicated, spontaneous and induced…I’ve seen a lot! I believe in honoring the magic of the childbirthing year and nurturing the strength within every parent. I combine evidence-based care with a touch of magic, and I am in your corner to support you in having the birth of your dreams. I believe knowledge is power and that birth will be less scary once you know what is happening in your body and mind.
 

I love the moon, cozy games, yoga, animals, choir, musical theater, and everything about Halloween! Before becoming a doula, I was a high school choir director and music teacher. I’ve directed four musicals and taken my choirs on tours around the world, from St. Peter’s Basilica in Italy to Carnegie Hall in New York City. My teaching experience has helped me so much in my doula journey, and I am excited to support people in a different phase of life.

I live in the East Metro with my husband of 6 years and our little bakery of pets – our dog Muffin and our cat Biscuit. We moved to the Twin Cities at the end of June 2025 from South Carolina, and are loving every bit of what the cities have to offer.
