Happy & Healthy Therapy brings nurturing care right to you—whether at home or in a cozy Saint Paul office. Maria Bossert, MA, OT, offers deeply caring support for birthing parents and infants, helping you feel seen, confident, and empowered through the early stages of motherhood. Maria’s focus is occupational and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) to help you “Be healed. Be heard. Be confident. Be empowered.”
CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
CST is a gentle, light-touch therapy supporting the body’s natural healing process. It’s beneficial for:
- Mamas seeking postpartum body healing, scar tissue care, balanced structure, and stress relief
- Children needing calm, digestive support, mobility balance, trauma release, and developmental easing
- Sessions are offered both at-home (especially during the first six weeks postpartum) and in-office, with flexible packages, bundling options, and travel-inclusive pricing.
Matrescence Care
Motherhood change is real—and often overwhelming. Maria offers one-on-one support for matresence—the journey into motherhood—addressing:
- Emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, anxiety, and stress regulation
- Postpartum mental health, daily routines, role transitions, and self-care foundations
- Planning, coping strategies, and nurturing the emotional body during the 4th trimester and beyond
Infant Care
Difficulty with feeding, sleeping, pooping or moving may be common for infants, but they are also signs that your baby may need some extra support to function at their best. Your baby doesn’t have to struggle and neither do you! Maria offers gentle and engaging therapy to alleviate the myriad of challenges that babies and their parents face:
- bottle and/or breastfeeding challenges
- digestive pain and irregularity
- reflux
- movement/motor milestone difficulty
- colic
- torticollis
- tummy time challenges
- stiffness, tightness and arching of the body
- oral restrictions (aka tongue and lip ties)
