Hi there! My name is Stephanie and I am a wife and a mother. I am also a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Certified Lactation Counselor, Placenta Encapsulator, Health and Wellness Educator, Blogger, but most of all….lover of women, especially moms!

Throughout my first pregnancy, I became extremely interested in birth education, plans, and stories! I loved the fact that I could decide on the type of birth I wanted for my children, by our birth teams. From that moment, I knew I waned to be apart of that for other women. In April 2015, I completed my Birth Doula training, started serving families immediately. I have been growing my practice ever since, including partnering with other amazing Birth Professionals and continuing with my education and adding to our services to better serve YOU!
